Orchid information….?
Is is true when you spray an orchid, the leaves should not be wet. If so, why.
Can I safely pinch back the old flowers for new growth or should they fall off on their own.
I’m actually having success with this orchid and would appreciate any/all advice from experienced growers, not just reference on the net nor in my book.

You don’t want the leaves wet when in full bright sunlight, it can burn the leaves.. And its best not to have the leaves wet at night because of mold. But, if you are having success no need to change. You can pinch off the flower stalkany time. Some people have had a second stalk come up after pinching of the stem just before the flower drops.
